This old SLS safe required more attention than initially thought, the customer requested an additional key, but once on site the reason the safe was difficult to unlock was because the key lock wasn’t working very well,
Whilst we can duplicate additional safe keys if need to while on site the real reason was the lock had some broken parts, making it ‘hit or miss’ for the customer getting in.
We removed the lock, repaired what needed to be repaired and all thier existing keys worked like new.
We still provided an additional key as requested.
A little time and care can usually get things working nicely again.
